Academy Lead, responsible for Next Nature learning

Rolinka: "In dealing with today's complex challenges, it is essential that we look ahead. That we imagine possible futures whilst daring to let go of existing frames of mind and assumptions. With Next Nature Academy I want to stimulate people and challenge their imagination and empathy to the best of their ability. So that they can make that crucial move in a new direction.”

As Academy Lead, Rolinka is responsible for Next Nature learning. In her role as Lab Lead, she leads the research and the start-up of Next Nature projects. Rolinka believes that optimism is the strategy to work towards a sustainable and inclusive future.

Rolinka has worked as an independent creative strategist on complex issues. Changes and transitions are never autonomous. In the interdependence that characterizes complexity, developments can reinforce, accelerate or frustrate. Her approach is holistic, empathetic and forward-looking. Rolinka is well versed in co-creation and multi-stakeholder dynamics and knows how to generate support for solutions for desirable futures.

Rolinka is trained as an art historian (MA University of Amsterdam) and has always continued to learn. She has gained work experience in different worlds; art, business and the public sector.
